International Business Mixer


We cordially invite you to the first Speed Business Meeting ONLINE,

which will take place on November 25th, 2020 from 1.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.


International Business Meeting is a unique formula where companies can reach a very wide audience with their offer thanks to cooperation between several bilateral chambers. The participant has the opportunity to take part in a series of short online meetings with representatives of selected industries.

Each registered participant is assigned to several groups where he/she will meet with other 5 people. Every session will last approx. 20 minutes and each participant has three minutes to presents his/her company After the session ends and after receiving the on-line message from the moderator, the participant moves to the next group assigned to him/her earlier (you will receive the numbers of tables before the Mixer).This is a unique networking formula that allows the participants to gain many contacts in a short time. However, the organizers do not guarantee that the participants will meet with companies from each sector that he/she indicated in the application form. This time instead of the traditional business cards exchange we encourage you to join the exclusive Linkedin group! A link to such group will be given to you together after the registration.

Participation in the event requires its prior registration (only 1 person from each company can participate). Participation is free of charge for companies associated in the chambers organizing the event. The cost of participation for non-members is 200 PLN + 23% VAT per person (paid before the event). Due to the limited number of places, persons who will confirm their presence, but will not take part or cancel their participation until  23th November 2020, payment/fee will not be returned.

By participating in the online event, participants agree to recordings/pictures of the meeting by organizers as well as Partners  for the promotional and marketing purposes.

How to use the online platform:

Meeting regulations and important technical information:

 Place of the meeting

  • link to the platform you will receive after the registration
  • log-in can be done only through the Chrome browser
  • before log-in it’s recommended to check the computer settings i.e. if the camera and microphone are turned on and working properly
  • click the "Sign in to join event" button
  • please enter your e-mail address, and then click the "continue" button
  • enter your full name and password of at least 6 characters
  • check the box "I agree to the terms and conditions" and click "joint event now"
  • in the next step click "I’m in a hurry, take me right into the event"
  • after logging in, you are on the platform, where you can see tables with numbers from 1 to 34
  • to sit at the place to which you are assigned, double-click on a given table
  • at the bottom of the screen there are control buttons: camera, microphone, chat, screen sharing, etc. – in order to talk and see other guests turn on your camera and microphone
  • during the entire event, you can communicate through the general "chat" (where we will send you notifications) or via private messages where you can search for a specific participant and click on the chat window
