We refer to traditional Belgian pubs such as the Brussels Delirium Cafe, which is one of the most famous belgian pubs (and has beaten Guinness's record in the number of types of beer served).

In Brussels, most places are so climatic in this way, because the city's architecture is old. You can eat original Belgian fries (unfrozen) mussels and prawns in various ways and steak from Argentinian Angus sirloin. The pub hosts closed parties and presentations of Belgian beers.

Created jointly by two Belgian developers, Revive and Alides, Stocznia Cesarska Development Sp. z o.o. is an SPV which since spring 2017 is the owner of the so-called Imperial Shipyard in the Young City area in Gdansk.
The revitalization of the Imperial Shipyard is a unique project of 16 ha in the heart of the Young City area in Gdańsk. The project assumes to protect and enhance the most valuable historical shipyard buildings, adapt them to new functions and build new attractive objects for various purposes. This development approach will emphasize the unique history of this place, supplementing it with new spatial and architectural quality. Only a ten minute walk away from the central train station and a fifteen-minute walk from the Main City, it’s an area with the potential to become a mixed-use urban area with a wide range of new features like residences, office space, shops, restaurants, culture/ leisure facilities and hotels. All this in the unique surrounding of attractive public spaces and wide waterfront promenades. In order to meet community and market needs, the project envisages the development of an inclusive community with a variety in residential offerings, from affordable housing, mid-priced city flats to exclusive waterfront apartments. The new neighborhood in this part of Young City area is aiming to attract a cross-section of society in terms of age, income and lifestyle. The Imperial Shipyard, with its unique history, unrepeatable surroundings and the proximity of water is likely to become one of the most attractive places on the map of Gdańsk.
