Antal and Cushman & Wakefield have the pleasure to invite all BBC members to join the series of presentations dedicated to the investment potential of Polish cities.

 

During the meeting Antal and Cushman & Wakefield will premiere the latest results of the Business Environment Assessment Study, and during the panel discussion they will discuss the opportunities and threats for the development of companies already active in Poland and those which are considering entering the market. 
 
The meeting will take place on 15 February at 10:00 a.m. at 3 Kazimiera Górskiego Street in Gdynia. In the latest BEAS report, the organizers explore the investment potential of the largest Polish cities: Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, the Tricity, Łódź, Katowice, Szczecin and Lublin. The event is organized under the patronage of the BBC and other Chambers of Commerce. The panellists are experienced real estate, labour market and legal experts  who will discuss the trends and aspects that will shape the business environment in the coming both months and years. 
 
Which cities/neighbourhoods are companies interested in to increase their regional growth? Which specialists will increase in demand and which will experience a decrease in job offers? What new investments are companies planning for 2024-2025? What trends are forecast in the area of office space availability? These and other questions will be answered on 15 February. 
 

The presentation will be held in Polish.
