• each session lasts around 20 minutes

To participate, all attendees must complete the matchmaking survey - this ensures you’re paired with the most relevant business contacts.

Please note:

• Only one representative from each company can join the Speed Mixer part of the meeting, regardless of how many chambers the company is affiliated with. Other representatives from the same company are welcome to join the networking part.
• The first step to signing up is to submit the completed form below, and the second step is to pay the invoice that will be sent to you after registration.

Registration & Cancellation Policy 

• All event registrations are considered binding upon submission of the registration form. 

• Free cancellation is possible until the registration deadline is indicated in the registration form. 

• After the registration deadline, the Belgian Business Chamber already incurs costs related to the participant's attendance. Therefore, cancellations made after this date are not eligible for a refund. 

• Participants who are unable to attend are kindly requested to inform the Belgian Business Chamber as soon as possible. 

• Prior to the event, registered participants will receive an event reminder containing practical information.
