• All event registrations are considered binding upon submission of the registration form. 

• Free cancellation is possible until the registration deadline is indicated in the registration form. 

• After the registration deadline, the Belgian Business Chamber already incurs costs related to the participant's attendance. Therefore, cancellations made after this date are not eligible for a refund. 

• Participants who are unable to attend are kindly requested to inform the Belgian Business Chamber as soon as possible. 

• Prior to the event, registered participants will receive an event reminder containing practical information.
